we are here to service the community of the West, Central & East Valley

Crossroads Tigers Youth Athletics (CTYA) is a Non-Profit San Fernando based athletic organization that focuses on sports, and the discipline that comes with it, in order to mold and shape the future leaders of our community.
From our board of directors to our coaching staff and our partnership with the Los Angeles Police Department, we strive to provide a safe environment for local youth while they learn critical life skills and have fun.
We focus on instilling the value of hard work, teamwork, leadership & community support as we promote self-growth and personal development. Our staff works tirelessly to encourage
community participation and outreach with an endless amount of positive energy.
With the support of from the Los Angeles Police Department and the community in a whole.
Crossroads has been able to flourish in Football, Boxing, and Cheerleading and we have begun to branch out into other sporting activities.
Our goal, as we grow, is to be able to continue to venture into other areas to provide options and
opportunities to our youth and their families. Crossroads Tigers Youth Athletics (C.T.Y.A) is not just an athletic sport organization, as we also provide as much support as we can to our local families.
That being said, we use sports as a platform to reach out to the youth in our community and we believe through athletics we can build a strong foundation for the future of our youth.
Our goal is to keep and devolve a strong partnership with the LAPD and change the lives of inner-city youths through sports and other community programs. We believe that with LAPD help we can provide more support to our youth, their families, and our community. In the near future we would like to start more youth programs such as: introduction to computers, a reading club, tutoring, music, painting, and counseling. Now, while we understand that completing this goal could be complex and overwhelming,
we are 100 percent committed to the mission and vision we have for our youth, their families and the community we love!
Crossroads and the LAPD know that if we can get the support of our community leaders, our mission and vision will be become a foregone reality.
Best Regards,
Jose Fuentes, Founder and President of CTYA
Welcome Tiger family to a new season of Football with the Crossroads Football Organization! We have all felt the effects of the global pandemic. We want to assure all of our families, players and supporters that Crossroads Tiger Youth Athletics is going strong. We are ready and able to equip players of all sizes, ages and divisions.
Our organization prioritizes our families and community. As of this point, we have decided to not release details of our projected fees and fundraisers. This allows us to focus on the well-being of our Tiger players at home! Crossroads Tigers will, however, be signing up players and giving out contracts, via email, effective June 2021. We simply ask that you treat the contracts as intent to remain with our team, players and coaches. When the time comes to move forward, we will make all information available to parents. This will only happen when we have been given the “go ahead” by our league GCYFL (Gold Coast Youth Football League) deems its safe, in accordance with local government restrictions and orders. The league has set a contingency plan in motion to move the season back, if needed. This is a very fluid situation and we will update you with more information as it becomes available to us.
We are still very much committed to instilling confidence, character, self-esteem, honesty, loyalty, humility, integrity, work ethic, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, respect, leadership and commitment in our children. We believe these values are important to their growth. We will also provide our youth with the necessary tools to prepare them for success in their future endeavors. All these things and more, within the parameters we are allowed by the situation at hand.
We are strong and united and ready for another year of football and fun with all of our Tiger family! Till then, stay safe and take care of each other!
